Then the foam moves under a roller, which presses paper. As the laminated foam comes from the machine, a technician rolls a tube on the foam, so that remaining air bubbles come out.

A high-quality rubber sheet is put between the blades, solid rubber provides counter pressure to help remove the foam sheet. If two or three puzzles are printed on the sheet, the cutting die splits them.

Then the technician places the puzzles on a semi-automatic conveyor belt that moves it to the dismantling machine. The machine fills the die-cut puzzle sheet with steam, steam prevents static electricity that causes pieces to cling together. 

The machine splits the pieces and distributes them into a puzzle box, then the technician adds instruction papers to the box and sealed it. Constructing a 3D puzzle produces impressive results.
